This last year I have lost three significant people in my life and have seen several others that I have known for 20+ years pass from this life to the next. Even though I have attended their funerals, (and even presided over a few,) it is still hard for me to believe that they are gone.

Got away with my wife to Cannon Beach a couple of weeks ago. First time in almost a year. Our little vacation became more of an adventure than we imagined.
