The Fly
I had a pesky fly wake me up about 6:30 this morning flying around my bedroom. I got up to try to kill it (having been inspired by our president’s adept demonstration of reflexs this week) but was unsuccessful. I saw the fly later on banging into the window trying to get out. I was reminded that many insects are drawn to the light.
I just wish more humans were that drawn to “the light” and would be as committed to the effort as the fly was. He just kept banging into that glass trying to get to the light.
By the way, instead of killing him I opened the front door and he found his way to the the light. My prayer is that you will find the light as well.
